Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph33e Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ph33e is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ph33e is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before permitting continued gameplay. ph33e reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending KYC completion. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

ph33e currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph33e does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment accounts (i.e., accounts not registered in your verified name).

In accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its implementing rules, ph33e monitors transactions for suspicious activity. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically possible. ph33e reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any transaction pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

All content on the ph33e Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content (where licensed), graphics, text, and trademarks — is the property of ph33e or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the ph33e Platform without prior written consent from ph33e.
ph33e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The details of our data practices, including the categories of data collected, how it is used, and your rights as a data subject, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering on ph33e, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights (access, correction, erasure, portability, objection) by contacting ph33e support.
ph33e provides the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players from within their Account Settings:
ph33e strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and employs age verification technology at registration. If you become aware of a minor accessing the Platform, contact ph33e support immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph33e's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
ph33e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon legitimate closure not caused by a breach of these Terms, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of applicable due diligence checks. Where closure results from a breach, ph33e may forfeit your balance as a civil remedy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph33e Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ph33e through its customer support team. ph33e will endeavour to resolve complaints within ten (10) banking business days of receipt. Escalation to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is available for unresolved complaints as permitted under applicable regulations.
ph33e reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph33e will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification to the contact details on record. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.
The date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent substantive update. Your continued use of the ph33e Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
